It is almost here!
Registration is underway for the sixth annual Stapleton Community Garage Sale. Sponsored exclusively by Diana and Michael Kearns, Realtors with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in Denver, the sale is one of the largest community yard sales in Colorado and costs nothing for residents to participate.
Over 300 homes are expected to participate this year, and as a result of the huge number of buyers and sellers the sale has expanded to two days - July 16 and 17, 2011.
