Denver's Parks and Recreation department has proposed a new 'tiered' structure for the City's recreation centers, which could result in membership fee increases of as much as 200%. The DPR proposal will be reviewed by Council's Land Use, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee on Tuesday June 7.
